Terms and conditions

These terms explain the basic rules for using Job Tracker and the responsibilities that come with keeping your professional information here.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Using Job Tracker

Job Tracker is a workspace for maintaining a CV Profile, creating tailored CV drafts, and generating CV Exports. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for protecting access to the email address used for your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the professional information, documents, photos, and other content you add. You give Job Tracker permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

Do not upload content that you do not have permission to use, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to interfere with the service.

CVs and exports

Job Tracker helps you prepare documents, but you are responsible for reviewing every CV before sharing it. You decide which information belongs in each CV and where you send it.

Exports may depend on the availability of the service and its configured Templates. We may improve or change Templates and features over time.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Job Tracker useful and available, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

We may update these terms or change parts of the service as the project evolves. The latest version will be published on this page.
